On arrival at your pick-up point, our representative will greet you and transfer you to Lataguri, a scenic village near Gorumara National Park. After checking into your resort and freshening up, get ready for an exciting jungle safari in Gorumara. The park, famous for the One-Horned Rhinoceros, is home to elephants, sambar deer, bison, and other wildlife. (Note: Gorumara remains closed for safaris from 15th June to 15th September.) Return to the resort in the evening for leisure and overnight stay.
After breakfast, embark on a day trip to Jhalong and Bindu, two picturesque destinations near the Indo-Bhutan border. Enjoy the serene Jaldhaka River, lush cardamom and ginger plantations, and the abundant birdlife. Bindu Dam is a haven for migratory birds, making it perfect for nature lovers. Return to the resort for lunch and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Lataguri.
Begin your day with a visit to Samsing, a charming village surrounded by tea gardens and lush greenery. Next, explore Suntalekhola, known for its forest trails and riverside beauty, followed by Rocky Island, a natural wonder amid the Murti River ideal for photography and adventure. Discover the flora and fauna of Neora Valley National Park along the way. Return to the resort for a relaxing evening and overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out from your resort and start your journey back to NJP or Bagdogra. En-route, stop at Coronation Bridge if time permits, and enjoy the scenic landscapes one last time. Arrive at your drop-off point, marking the end of your Dooars Wildlife Escape tour.
